Airmail
The Royal Mail service that we use is a service that will deliver to the country you are from but once it arrives there your country's postal service takes over. They SHOULD advise you of the Import Tax due and charge you a handling fee. This is your country's rules and something we have no control over. Your items will be sent tax free from our office. Packages can sometimes take up to 10 to 12 weeks for delivery rather than 10 to 12 days. Worldwide packages are sent using a Courier Service where these items will be tracked and should arrive much quicker. Please contact us for details if you would like to use another service.
Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch within 7 days but due to the current worldwide pandemic International Delivery can take much longer and that is sadly outwith our control. For International Services please see above.
Combining Orders For Shipment
Due to the vast number of orders processed on a daily basis by Squadron Prints and the nature of our products we cannot always dispatch items together. Therefore al lot of items must have their own postal rates paid. Please refer to the pricing structure above and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. Please be aware that if you order a regular prints and signed prints then the postal charge will be more due to the fact that we upgrade the service to a Tracked and Signed For Service as the signed prints are rare and not easily replaced if they are lost.
Dispatch
All print orders are dispatched in a strong tube. All other items are specially packed according to their size.
